All payments and subscriptions for Wächter are processed securely by our payment partner Paddle.

14-Day Refund Guarantee

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, all customers are entitled to a minimum 14-day refund period after the initial purchase.

If you are not satisfied with Wächter during the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting Paddle at:

or by using Paddle’s self-service support page.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund is available when:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the first purchase.

  • The customer has not violated our Terms of Service.

  • The subscription was purchased directly through Paddle.

Subscriptions

Wächter subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When cancelled, you will continue to retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Order email

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund (optional)

Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
